As far as I can tell, Xbox servers are almost never affected by events regarding PC and PS3 servers, as you say time and time again.

They probably didnt test the full speed there because of the conditions.

The ground looks pretty damp, and on such an open area, cross-winds are going to be pretty nasty. Plus we dont even know if the runway was long enough for the car to reach its top speed and brake safely.
