I've done everything on my part regardin' Magadan and The Hashashin, the release of these 2 now only depends on Magaki (you know, the guy who is helpin' me, that same Magaki who played Project M with us).

Why?
To not make it obvious that I'm plannin' on makin' a [REDACTED] civilization. You're welcome to try and guess which civs these icons represent.

Ok. You already said in the chat box that the icon with white background is for the Chagatai Khanate, and I'm sure the yellow one at the bottom is certainly for Manchukuo, a nice WWII civ to have actually.

You might one day want to create a forum game called "Guess The Civilization".
Isn't this thread already it?

So... Civ6 was recently announced, what does this mean to you in regards to your plans for future Civ5 civilizations? Will there be more civs coming after the 6 mystery civs you teased? Will you move to Civ6 along the majority of the other people?

It means nothing to me.
I only got Civ5 because my cousin gave it to me as a gift (when it comes down to PC gamin' all the games I've got were gifts). It's very unlike I'm goin' to move to Civ6 and abandon Civ5 moddin'... Unless someone buys me Civ6.
If I stop moddin' (like I did before) it will not be because of Civ6, it will be because I'm procratinatin' I lost interest in it.

Yep, 2 more at least, El Salvador and Pomerania. After these 2... I don't know.

I just started my next TSL campaign. It's another campaign on a world map.
I was initially thinkin' of goin' through the game as a tall civ with only 4 cities but I've changed my mind. I'm playin' the game as Tuvalu, one could say that the civs of the Pacific have the worst startin' locations, and that is true. What modders do to counter that in their civilizations is usually givin' them some sort of bonus that allows immediate unit embarkin', settlers that can cross oceans and other sort of things. My Tuvalu civ has a very unique scout unit which is allowed to embark immediately and when it does so it transforms into a special boat that is able to transverse oceans, plus embarked units adjacent to it may do so as well. This makes my life significantly easier as I'm able to not get stuck in my 1-tile home island and go settle other places right away, just like any other civ startin' in the continent.
It's still only turn 100 yet and there isn't really much to write about right now... Here's the current minimap.
Just like my other TSL campaigns (excludin' the one with Trinidad & Tobago) there are 62 civilizations present, and no one started on Australia... because my stupidself forgot to enable the WWII Australia civ mod I was supposed to be usin'.
The only victory types enabled are domination, cultural, and time. Some important settings I'm usin' are: No city razin'; No barbarians; No World Congress; king difficult; And something along the lines of "may save social policies to adopt latter". Now about the mods that I'm usin' besides civ mods, I'm usin' the Future Worlds mod for the first time in a TSL campaign, as well as a mod that extends the amount of research you need to do to discover a technology and that is compatible with the Future Worlds mod, it's a mod simply called "Longer Eras", it's apparently the successor of the Extended Eras mod as that is no longer supported by its creator. Oh, and I'm also usin' the No InstaHeal mod, and a new one I just found that disables research agreements, with 62 civilizations the game just goes way too fast with RAs enabled.
This campaign is more of a test game for the next one.
Here's the current military manpower of the civs I've met, keep in mind that this will drastically change as the game goes on.
And the list of civilizations in the game divided by region:
Africa
Benin
Ethiopia
Kilwa
Kongo
Makuria
Moors
Nigeria
Songhai
Tunis
Zambia
Zulus
North America / Central America / Caribbean Islands

Well, at least it will be interesting to see who ends up colonizing Australia, if YOU don't take all the land to yourself, of course.

And that's why it's so fun to use them.

Good luck with your game.
I only plan on gettin' hold of East Australia. This may be the TSL campaign where I play wide that I'm goin' to eliminate the least amount of civilizations so far.
