LMX Sirex (also sold as Sirex LMS) was a 2-door, 2-seater sports car of Italian origin. The car was the only model produced by LMX Automobile S.R.L. (Linea Moderna Executive), a company founded by Michel Liprandi and Giovanni Mandelli. The body of the LMX Sirex was designed by Franco Scaglione. The LMX Sirex was introduced during the 1968 Turin Auto Show. However, as Liprandi and Mandelli could not afford an official stand, the car was shown outside the exhibition hall.

The car used a 2.3 L V6 Ford Taunus engine, although customers could also choose a different engine if they wished. Convertible and coupé bodywork were available, and the car was built on a central backbone chassis. LMX produced just fifty cars between 1968 and 1973, and another company, SAMAS, built a further twenty after LMX ceased production.

The VDS GT 001 hails from Belgium and is the brainchild of former racecar driver, Raphael van der Straten.

Up front,there’s a quad-headlight setup that is strangely reminiscent of the Mustangs from the early 1970s. Even the overall styling of the entire front fascia just screams “Mustang Mach 1.” At the base of the fascia, you get a massive front spoiler that is bound to add some serious down-force to the front end.

As you come over the hood, you’ll find two huge nostrils in the center, which are obviously for heat extraction and not air intake. The windshield is a piece of artwork, as its elegant curves sweep air over and to its sides, keeping the body very slippery. Its racing roots start showing through with its large single windshield wiper.

Proceeding over the roof and toward the rear end, the GT 001 has almost boat tails at the rear of the roofline. This again traces back to the racing genetics in the VDS GT 001. This boat tail is flanked by a pair of flat sections to let air pass over quickly. Not all of the air gets passed, however, as there is a vent on each rear quarter that channels air downward to the rear brakes.

Unfortunately, there are no interior images or information available.

Under the hood of the VDS GT 001 is a Maserati-sourced 4,244 cc (4.2-liter) V-8 that pumps out a stout 357 kW (480 hp). This powerful V-8 engine pumps all 480 hp through a 6-speed sequential gearbox and to the rear wheels. Despite being the same engine size as the Gillet, the V DS’s 4.2-liter V-8 pumps out 48 kW (64 hp) more than the Gillet.

There’s no mention of 0-to-100 km/h (60 mph) times.

The Longchamp was developed from the De Tomaso Deauville four-door sedan, using a shorter wheelbase chassis with the same suspension, engine and transmission. The two models were the only front-engined production cars produced by De Tomaso. The Longchamp was first exhibited at the 1972 Turin Motor Show and was initially offered only as a two-door 2+2 coupé. It was designed by Tom Tjaarda of Ghia and was influenced by his previous Lancia Marica prototype. The taillights were the same units as were used for the Alfa Romeo 1750/2000 saloon.

The Longchamp featured a long hood to accommodate a 351 cuin (5,769 cc) Ford Cleveland V8. The 351 Cleveland, a popular engine in late 1960s Ford "muscle cars," was the same as that used in the Pantera. It produced 330 hp (246 kW) and gave the Longchamp a 240 km/h (149 mph) top speed. The engine power was later reduced to 270 hp (200 kW). The standard gearbox was a three-speed Ford C-6 Cruise-o-Matic automatic gearbox, however around 17 cars were equipped with a five-speed ZF manual gearbox. The suspension was independent front and rear with coil spring and wishbone suspension. Steering was power assisted rack and pinion with vented disc brakes all around, the rear discs being positioned inboard. The interior of the car was quite luxurious and it was almost fully covered with leather, although the use of Ford's partsbin (steering wheel, gear shift) took away somewhat of the luxurious impression.

Bolwell is an Australian company that originally produced sports cars between 1962 and 1979. A new company of the same name began production of new cars in 2009 after several years of concept and show cars. :character-blues:

Styled and built to look like a true-to-its-roots racer despite being a street-legal vehicle, the SR3 SL weighs in at just 675kg – and that comes with full body aerodynamics, including the same core chassis and a compliant suspension. The car also has an F1-style paddle-shift gear change with an auto blipper, a fly-by-wire throttle, and a set of street-ready wheels and tires.

Like any modern-day track racer, the Radical SR3 SL has loads of power hiding underneath that racer exterior. It’s powered by a 2.0-liter Ford EcoBoost four-cylinder engine that produces 247 horsepower with an additional 53 ponies tacked to it courtesy of Life Racing, rounding up the total output of the SR3 SL to 300 horsepower and 340 lb/ft of torque. The SR3 SL hits a 0-100 Km/h time of just three seconds with a top speed of 265 Km/h.

Limited to only 20 models, the Himiko Roadster, which features a classic British look similar to what was running in the streets half a century ago, is powered by the Mazda MX-5’s 2.0-liter engine that produces in excess of 170 horsepower for the five-speed manual variant and 162 horsepower for the six-speed automatic transmission.

Aesthetically speaking, the car is treated with a boatload of the same features found in the hardtop version, including a similar color paint scheme with a two-tone, black and red color set-up as well as chrome strips that run on either side of the vehicle. As for the model’s interior, Mitusoka continued the entire black and red motif by putting in red-leather seats on the front and back and some additional ornamental wood trim to complement the car’s overall paint scheme.
