And what about the Bugatti EB110 Prototype, what's with the hold up? Image
Information on that car is almost non-existant on the internet.

Tauro Sport Auto V8 Spider '12
Tauro Sport Auto V8 Spider '12.jpg
Tauro Sport Auto is a Spanish manufacturer of luxury sports cars based in Valladolid, founded in 2010, when a group of Spanish businessmen joined with a British manufacturer of racing cars to create the company.

In the summer of 2012 Spanish specialist manufacturer Tauro Sport Auto announced the limited production Tauro V8 Spider, the V8 Spider takes us back to the traditional formula of front engine and rear wheel drive that defines the pure roadster.

Under the hood is GM's latest LS3 V8. Displacing just under 6.2 litre, the all-aluminium unit produces around 440 hp in standard trim. Tauro Sport Auto also offers higher performance version with 480 hp and ultimately 530 hp on tap. A close-ratio six-speed manual gearbox with a limited slip differential comes as standard, while an automatic is available as option.

The rolling chassis is tightly wrapped in a bespoke body, which offers just enough room to seat two. The design is unique but does incorporate cues from some of the great roadsters of the past. The car boasts a conventional, fabric foldable roof. The V8 Spider has a kerb weight of 1,350 kg, with a near perfect balance of 53% over the front and 47% over the rear axle.

Daihatsu Copen '14
Daihatsu Copen '14.jpg
Good news for kei car fans – this is the production version of the new Daihatsu Copen, first previewed as the Kopen RMZ Concept at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. Not much have been lost in the transition from concept to production car, but its cute kei car looks and open top are not the only trick in the Copen’s bag.

You see, the body panels on the new Copen’s D-Frame chassis can be replaced for the owner to customise it to his or her liking. A total of 11 parts of the car can be replaced – this includes the front hood, luggage area, front/rear bumpers, front/rear fenders, locker and fuel filler lid.

This little gimmick is called “Dress-Formation”. So technically if you felt like it, you could switch from the ‘default’ modern look to a more first-gen Copen-esque retro-inspired look with round headlamps. We wonder how user-replaceable the panels really are though.

The new Copen measures 3,395 mm long, 1,475 mm wide and 1,280 mm tall. For rainy days, you have an electrically-controlled two-piece folding hardtop. Power is via a 660 cc turbocharged KF engine, producing 64 hp and 92 Nm of torque. There’s an optional LSD, and power is sent to the front wheels. There is a five-speed manual and a CVT Copen, further there will be eight colors available.

The new Copen appears in Japanese showrooms in June this year. European fans will have to import one, because the new Copen will not come to Europe.

Alpine M65/A210 '65
Alpine M65 '65.jpg
Modified from the M64, the M65 has a brand new twin cam 1296cc Gordini engine which developed 130 hp at first and 140 hp later on. The engine was also installed on the old M64s which constantly outperformed the newer M65s.

It won twice the 500km of Nurburgring, in 1965 and 1967.

It was clocked doing 268km/h (166mph) at the Mulsanne straight.

(No specifications found, sorry).

Saleen Sport Truck S331 '06
Saleen Sport Truck S331 '06.jpg
This Saleen fills the void left by the departed SVT Lighting and was built to have the utility of a truck, with high horsepower, sporty suspension, aggresive styling and excellent handling of a sports car as his CEO said: ’We set out to produce the perfect high-performance truck. The Saleen Sport Truck integrates higher horsepower, superior suspension, and aggressive styling with the best in functionality. Our sport trucks are the perfect answers for individuals whose lifestyles take them from the beach to the mountains to the country club, all in a day. They are also the perfect sport trucks for individuals who are passionate about what they drive — they’re for individuals who require sports-car-like handling and performance, yet whose lives require the utility of a pick-up truck. These Saleen Sport Trucks are exceptionally versatile high performance vehicles’, Steve Saleen, president and CEO of Saleen.

The powerful Saleen S331 is based on Ford’s popular F-150 Super Cab, but that’s where the similarities end. Great aerodynamics and exceptional styling are engineering feats that have been Saleen hallmarks for decades, and the aero and styling of the Saleen Sport Trucks are truly exceptional. The Saleen Sport Trucks’ superior aerodynamics come from specially designed injection molded components made from Thermoplastic Olefins (TPO), built to withstand the demands of the truck. All Saleen front and rear fascias, side skirts are uniquely Saleen — built to be rugged and durable, yet stylish and performance enhancing. An unique feature is it’s exaust system, a twin side pipes system that enhances power, performance, and sound. Because of the increased horsepower and distinguishable Saleen sound, the engineers at Saleen have affectionately named the truck, "Thunder".

Due to the high demand ,from the brand’s cosumers, of a high-performance truck, Saleen gifted the S331, with a beautiful crafted 5.4L SOHC V8 engine with a unique, patented high-flow Saleen Series VI integrated twin-screw supercharger, here, air is compressed through the twin screws and then runs through the dual-stage, water-to-air intercooler, which reduces the intake air temperature. With this cool, dense air, the Saleen Powerflash(TM) performance calibration system radically increases the power and performance, which enables the motor to produce 450 hp and a monster 500 lb-ft of torque.

Alpine A220 '68
Alpine A220 '68.jpg
Alpine A220 racing car, this car entered the 24 Hours of Le Mans but it was unfortunately underpowered and unreliable.

With financial backing from Renault, Alpine prototype racers recorded many class victories in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the mid 1960s. These nimble racers were the result of the collaboration of Jean Redele's Alpine and Aimedee Gordini, who was responsible for the engines. They were especially successful in the Index of Performance, in which the most efficient racers fight for top honors.

A dramatic rule change at the end of the 1967 season brought Alpine closer to building a contender for the overall victory. From 1968 onwards, prototype racers' displacement was limited to three litres, which left the Ferraris and Fords obsolete. Gordini's largest engine used in the Le Mans racers was a 1.5 litre 'four'. By mounting two of those four cylinder blocks on a single crankcase, Gordini created a V8 engine displacing just under 3 litres.

The end result was a very conventional V8, with four chain driven overhead camshafts. The fuel / air mixture was initially fed through four Weber Carburetors, but later on a Fuel Injection system was also tested. Power for the 'carb' engine was quoted at 310 bhp and the Fuel Injection model with a higher compression was said to be good for around 350 bhp. The five speed gearbox was sourced from the German ZF company.

Alpine constructed a tubular spaceframe chassis for the V8 to be mounted in. Suspension was by wishbones all-round, with coil springs over dampers. Dubbed A220, the new car shared its body design with the smaller A210 model. The complete package was as good looking as the previous racers, but with the team Venturing into a new class, would it be as successful?

The first A220 made its debut early in the 1968 season, but proved underpowered and unreliable. Four cars were entered at Le Mans, but only one managed to finish the race in eight position in front of three A210s. None of the three cars entered in the 1969 race made it to the finish. The few A220 victories were scored in a number of minor races in France. Alpine had to wait another 10 years for the well deserved overall victory.
