Bizzarrini 5300 GT Strada Alloy '65
Bizzarrini 5300 GT Strada Alloy '65.jpg
Giotto Bizzarrini worked with all of the above firms before eventually launching what would be his best-known model: the 1965 Bizzarrini 5300 GT Strada Alloy supercar. With all the latest curves, a wide road graphic and a low roof: the Strada was a gorgeous hit right from the start.

Sharing the low nose and mid-engine stance of the Lamborghini Miura, the Strada is actually a front-engine coupe powered by a reliable and torque-rich 5.3-liter Chevrolet small-block V-8, the Chevy small-block was also highly tunable and able to withstand almost any track abuse versus the delicate and temperamental Italian race engines of the day. With 5.3 liters, this size engine is still the sweet spot for millions of Chevy trucks and SUVs every year.

Light alloy bodywork of this car was a revolution versus the fiberglass that was typically employed by these small-volume artisans. Lightweight and also a stressed member of the chassis, the Strada’s alloy panels increased rigidity markedly and also the value of this example.

A four-speed box channels the power to the rear wheels, for an estimated 7-second sprint time. This beat the launch Miura, and its front-engine design offered far better stability over 130 mph than the wing-shaped Lambo.

This was a bold car and certainly one that had a direct influence on brands and styling across the world as well as the Tuscan countryside. For his achievement here, Giotto Bizzarrini should be commended and remembered as one of the great pioneers in supercar history.

Performance Details:

Engine: 5.3-liter 16-valve V-8 With OHV
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Power: 365 hp
Torque: 310 ft-lb, est
0 - 100 Time: 7 seconds, est
Top Speed: 290 km/h, claimed

Bufori La Joya '04
Bufori La Joya '04.jpg
Bufori is a brand of hand-built automobiles inspired by American 1930s coupes. The company is owned by three Australian Lebanese brothers Anthony, George and Gerry Khouri. The Bufori Motor Car Company Pty. Ltd. is a proprietary company limited by shares and registered in Australia, as is the Bufori Motor Car Company (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia. Originally, all of the manufacturing and sales operations were conducted in Australia, but in 1998 full production moved to new facilities in Kepong, a suburb of Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia.

From the first Bufori to the current La Joya, every new model has become a statement of style, luxury and technology. Pursuing the Model Evolution, the Bufori Motor Car Company has created yet another masterpiece, the "La Joya". The 5th Generation of Bufori cars is the first to receive an attribute in its name. "La Joya" is Spanish for "the Jewel". Bufori could not find a name that characterises this vehicle more accurately. The La Joya truly is a jewel, a masterwork made of passion and traditional craftsmanship. Every member of the Bufori team works with unlimited devotion to contribute to one aim: uncompromised luxury.

The La Joya is a two-seat coupe; with a 2.7L V6 engine, EFI, quad cam, water-cooled, mid-mounted engine; rear wheel drive; tiptronic transmission, 4-wheel independent suspension, Carbon Fibre and Kevlar composite body, spaceframe chassis, ABS, EBD, traction control, cruise control, Bluetooth set and tyre pressure monitoring system.

The body is made of a carbon fibre and Kevlar composite material, a technology developed by BUFORI. The light and strong carbon fibre is woven together with the strong and flexible Kevlar to form a specially designed pattern. The result is a light and ultra-resistant body with a curb weight of 1490 kg.

Those 1930s designs should stay in the 1930s. :handgestures-thumbdown:

I think it looks nice, could be a good cruiser for TDU or The Crew, but that's my personal opinion.
