The point is that we all already have complete Civ5 here, and so does the great majority of the guests who enter this thread and care to read its contents so it's kinda pointless to share that, mainly when you're not a Civ5 player... or are you?MadManCK wrote:For those who are interested in Civ5. Maybe others who read this don't. So you have no point and are just spamming this thread.Zério wrote:The point is that we all already have complete Civ5 here, and so does the great majority of the guests who enter this thread and care to read its contents so it's kinda pointless to share that, mainly when you're not a Civ5 player... or are you?MadManCK wrote:For those who are interested in Civ5. I know it is not, I could run into the game and see two different nations having the same leader icon and getting confused a little bit. But it'd still be better than having, as Luigi calls it, Mystery Man; at least IMO.Miao wrote:I could do so but it's not really a perfect "fix". I used to do that with the first civs ever I've worked on with other people (Andalusia, Bengal, Crimea, to name a few) but nowadays I'd rather use the Unmet Leader icon than borrow one without permission, even if only my friends have access to most of my mods.Oskad-87 wrote:Miao, have you ever thought about "borrowing" art assets from other mods? It's better than having nothing and most of your civs are private anyway.
I'll respect your decision, don't wanna force or induce you to do something you don't want to.I'd rather use the Unmet Leader icon than borrow one without permission, even if only my friends have access to most of my mods.

Now that that was mentioned, I'd like to know it since I see you in this thread a few times. Do you actually play Civ5, MadMan?MadManCK wrote:► Show Spoiler

My next civ mod should be released soon, it'll be the 2ND of the 3 civs I'll be makin' before I start my next campaign. I just'd like to know what do you guys think about the civ icon and the colour scheme?

Yes, it is, sort of. Xibei San Ma.Oskad-87 wrote:What is that for? Some sort of Islamic China? lol
So the civ icon is fine but the colour scheme is okay-ish?Oskad-87 wrote:I like the red but I'm not too sure about the purple, I'm fine with how the civ icon is now.
Is there any colour scheme you'd suggest (that does not have yellow, black or white as the primary colour)?

Looks nice. If I had a color scheme to suggest I'd say blue and red but that combination is really overused, I think white and red could look good but you don't want white as a primary color.Miao wrote:My next civ mod should be released soon, it'll be the 2ND of the 3 civs I'll be makin' before I start my next campaign. Red and purple doesn't look bad in the end though.

There isn't really any color schemes I'd suggest, I'd say white and red just like Luigi did but the one you currently have is already good enough.
