Short but interesting trailer, the big surprise for me was showing a casino

It's something i have always hoped for but never expected so let's hope this is exactly what it means.

A lot of people are speculating on the number plates on the two cars " 02 22 N & A II4 E* some are saying the first one could be a release date others are saying they could be a location on the world map, if it's a location on the world map then i can't figure it out.

Also at the end it says next chapter July 2021 (Nacon connect week ) this probably means more chapters to come before it is released so still a way to go.......

I never got into the Casino hype in tdu2 at all, maybe because I'm not a gambling person. I understand it's a very social aspect of the game where a lot of people gather and have a good time but the only social aspect I was satisfied with was cruising with friends and club activities, you know, "actual driving" with my wheel lol. I tend to despise any sort of RNG/Gambling aspects especially if there is real money involved in videogame. IRL, the Casino always wins...

it wasn't so much the gambling side it was the social meet ups in the casino and playing the games with friends that i liked.

What are your thoughts on Casino being the social hub where you start out first? Instead of it being some separate end-game island? I personally think the Casino should be a major social hub, especially when you start at beginning of the game where you start as a nobody, spin a slot machine and win a starter car so you can participate in the Solar Crown event. It would be a great way to meet other people right away at the social hub. idk im just brainstorming ideas

That sounds like an interesting idea and maybe they are going with something like that as in the trailer the chips in the casino did have Solar Crown on them.

My best bet (pun intended) is, that there will be multiple leagues to compete in and Solar Crown Casino will be one of them.

I would not mind taking a car from scraps, build it, compete with it, improve it and work your way up the leagues.

Well my thoughts are that it will be some sort of racing competition sponsored by the casino to promote the casino with the casino providing the winnings for each race and maybe cars and houses as well.

Maybe you win enough money to get your first car for the race or you win an actual car, then get noticed as a good driver and get sponsored.

Ok i will stop talking now in case Kylaton steal all my ideas.
