According to a microbiologist medical researcher (quite the mouthful), testing positive does not automatically mean you will get sick or can spread the disease. Especially that last part is subject of fiery debates amongst "experts". Primarily focused around opening schools or not.
Young and healthy people should not worry too much IMO.
Most crazy measurements are the mandatory face masks outdoors. Even if some of the most acknowledged medical scientists have stated that facemasks will not stop virus aerosols or just a little bit. And they should only be used in crowded, bad ventilated public places. Wearing those masks too long is bad for your health.
To me it looks more like a powerplay than actually helping the population cope with Covid.
