Just like nfspb i already have bought it (only missing the season pass)
and will most likely also get the season pass if it isn't just another DLC package
sold as a seperate game.

meaning that it should have solved all the connection issues and other bug's littering the current verion

Why do people preorder it when we haven't had any Beta tests to test it out, i know i want to play it before it commit to anything.

Same here and I am liked so much TDU, TDU2 and The Crew so I wanted support the Crew2 even it wouldnt be as good as I am waiting. This is very cheap hobby when thinking spent money per hour.
