Got this message when the servers came back online today.
I have tried to load an older save and they are back but as soon as i choose a DLC i get kicked to titlescreen with the same message. When i return i have a lot of pink miami mustangs. I don't get banned or anything i just loose all the DLC.
Anyone else had this problem?
I have bought all the DLC incl. casino and bikes and none work now........
I'm a bit pissed off at the moment since i've spent so much money on this game and now i can't use it properly.
TDU 2 DLC hack detected
A lot of players have gotten the same messages.
Make a backup of your save before you log in.
Maybe the servers weren't fully back online when you logged in.
Too bad we can't reach Matt directly anymore.

After one of my accounts got the DLC warning, i did send them a support ticket.
This was the answer. Very helpful indeed
Replace inconvenience with incompetence.
Already solved it by loading an older save.
Only thing positive about this reply is that there is still someone using a keyboard over there....
Coincidently, I am unable to provide any more funds to buy any more of their DLC then.Atari wrote:Thank you. Unfortunately we are unable to provide any in game compensation or restore losses.
Screw you,

Glad I had an old save, would have been mightily annoyed if I had lost everything just because I chose to go online during a half-up period for the servers.

Well, it could've been an automated response, just sayingMadManCK wrote:Only thing positive about this reply is that there is still someone using a keyboard over there....

Strange thing is, i started that game 3 days after the server reboot. Plenty of time you might think. The other account never had a notification of DLC at all.Doobrie69 wrote:

That answer is indeed really helpful (NOT). What kind of customers do they think we are anyway...
It could be, but it is just relevant enough to suspect someone actually made a selection of the standardized BS Atari Reply almanak.eaustinn36 wrote:Well, it could've been an automated response, just sayingMadManCK wrote:Only thing positive about this reply is that there is still someone using a keyboard over there....
At least i got an answer within a week. Well worth the wait.
I really want the net code and source code for this game. We will see what happens when the company gets restructured. There is a small chance someone wakes up and sees the light.
Greetings!
Unfortunately, we are unable to recover in game losses of cars or money, the update was developed was to prevent this from happening but your in game cars will have to be repurchased with in game money again.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Luckely not all of my in game money wasn't in DLC cars... oh wait, IT WAS!!! stupid me for spending money on these kind of things I guess?

Just load a backup save and you will be fine. It is a bit stupid that these messages appear after a server reboot.Ikindefik wrote:Greetings!

Make sure you backup your save game on a regular base. Also on an external device.
